Bio
Martha Kathryn Smith, (she/they) is a multi-hyphenated actor and teaching artist. After receiving her BFA in Musical Theatre from Cornish College of the Arts, Marty settled in Seattle, WA to be a full-time performer and arts educator. Her acting credits include The Boy Who Kissed the Sky, The Little Prince, and Ghosted (Seattle Children's Theatre), The Wolves (ACT), Ruthless! (Harlequin Productions), and Psycho Beach Party (Short North Stage). As a teaching artist, they specialize in bringing social-emotional learning and mental wellness practices into theatre education. Marty lives in the beautiful PNW with her husband, dog, fish, and tortoises.
